EN · Full renovation of a single-family home located in the north of Tenerife, focused on reorganizing the interior layout and opening it up to the exterior.
The intervention seeks to strengthen the connection between the interior and the surrounding environment, enhancing the use of outdoor space, which gains new prominence through the addition of a marble-clad Verde India swimming pool and a carefully developed landscape design.
Inside, a neutral color palette has been chosen to create a serene atmosphere aligned with the client’s requirements in terms of harmony and spatial balance.

ES · Reforma integral de una vivienda unifamiliar situada en el norte de Tenerife, centrada en la reorganización de los espacios interiores y en su apertura hacia el exterior.
La intervención persigue una mayor conexión entre el interior y el entorno, potenciando el uso del espacio exterior, que adquiere un nuevo protagonismo gracias a la incorporación de una piscina revestida en mármol Verde India y a un diseño paisajístico cuidadosamente desarrollado.
En el interior, se ha optado por una paleta de tonos neutros, con el objetivo de generar una atmósfera serena y coherente con los requerimientos del cliente en términos de armonía y equilibrio espacial.
